Disamping itu saya juga seorang manajement team di PT Trans Retail Indonesia (CT Corps Group) dan konsultan team di FBU Institute dan ppmui White House
F. Irsuratman lahir di Batu Sangkar Sumatera Barat pada tanggal 10 Oktober 1970 dengan pendidikan S1 Hubungan Internasional dan S2 MM Sumber Daya Manusia
Penyusunan profil F. Irsuratman ini ditujukan untuk pihak-pihak yang membutuhkan data pribadi secara personal maupun professional.

Pria bernama lengkap Flora Irsuratman adalah seorang profesional yang telah bergelut di dunia bisnis dan pelatihan selama lebih dari 20 tahun. Ia kemudian mendirikan FBU Institute dengan 2 orang temannya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi professional dan pembangunan karakter rabbani dan yang merupakan salah satu lembaga pelatihan yang memperhatikan keseimbangan kompewtensi lahir dan bathin.

Sampai saat ini F. Irsuratman telah melatih ribuan staff dan manajemen mulai level karyawan sampai Director. Dengan didukung team konsultan, F. Irsuratman memberikan pembinaan dan pelatihan secara sistematis melalui rangkaian training dengan sistem mentoring dan berimpak.
Seiring perkembangan zaman, F. Irsuratman menggunakan berbagai kemudahan teknologi untuk berkomunikasi dengan audience melalui sosial media seperti Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Website untuk menyebarkan pesan-pesan positif dalam bentuk tulisan, gambar dan video
Kegiatan F. Irsuratman sekarang ,selain sebagai karyawan, membuka kelas Manajement Trainee untuk fresh graduates dan Management Development Program untuk karyawan yang berpengalaman via online. Disamping itu dia juga membantu anaknya menjalankan bisnis skala kecil dibidang perikanan dan pendidikan
